WTF – Carrie Prejean Threatens To Walk Off “Larry King”!

It would appear that the National Organization Marriage’s spokesh0r isn’t too happy discussing “her lil solo sex tape”

Carrie Prejean threatened to walk off Larry King Live Tuesday night, in the middle of her interview with Larry King.

Prejean’s threats came after King asked the former beauty queen about the reasons behind her recent settlement with the Miss California USA pageant. King asked Prejean why she agreed to strike a deal with the Pageant and drop her claims of libel, slander and religious discrimination. “Why settle since you had a fight to carry on?” King pressed.

Prejean demurred. King asked again: “You can’t even say why you settled?”

Prejean, visibly displeased, refused to answer: “Larry, it’s completely confidential and you’re being inappropriate.” The inappropriate issue at hand isn’t King’s probing question, but the alleged reason why Prejean settled: TMZ reported that she decided to strike a deal only after the lawyer for the Pageant revealed a home-made sex tape of a 17-year-old Prejean. King: “So the agreement discusses the motive behind why each party agreed?” Prejean: “Larry you’re being inappropriate. You really are. So, I’m not going to talk about –” (This back and forth goes on for a full minute.) Finally, King concedes: “Okay, I, uh… inappropriate King Live continues.” He drops the subject and goes to a caller.

But the damage is done: before the person on the phone line is halfway through his introduction (“I’m a gay man and I love pageants”), Prejean reaches to disconnect her mic and mouths something to someone off camera. “Did she hear the question?” King wonders.

WTF – Little Asshole Pleads NOT GUILTY!

OXNARD — A 14-year-old boy has pleaded not guilty to the slaying of his gay classmate.

Brandon McInerney entered the plea Thursday in Ventura County Superior Court. McInerney is charged as an adult with first degree murder and a hate crime for the Feb. 12 fatal shooting of 15-year-old Larry King at their junior high school in Oxnard.

King sometimes wore makeup and told friends he was gay.

Defense attorney William Quest said in court Thursday that he expected his client would die in prison if convicted on the severe charges. (and?!!!)

“This is essentially a death sentence for Brandon McInerney,” said Quest, who is asking that the boy be tried on a lesser charge of manslaughter. “That is the only way Brandon does not die in prison.”

McInerney faces 51 years to life without the possibility of parole if convicted. (oh yay!!!)

Prosecutors said they had no plans to change the charge. (that’s right! nail the fucker!)

A jury can convict McInerney of manslaughter instead of murder unless the judge instructs them not to, Quest said.

McInerney has been held at county juvenile hall since his arrest. He told Judge Edward Brodie “Yes, sir,” when asked if he understood his rights.

His divorced parents sat in the front of the courtroom, his mother Kendra McInerney visibly upset.

The arraignment had been delayed several times as Quest and McInerney challenged a California initiative giving prosecutors the exclusive authority to charge defendants as adults.

Two weeks ago a different superior court judge declared the initiative constitutional, clearing the way for McInerney’s adult prosecution. The decision is under appeal.

King’s parents said after court Thursday they support the adult charge.

“He went into a classroom in front of other students and shot my son in the back of the head twice,” said Greg King, the victim’s father. “For his age to be taken into consideration – he didn’t take my son’s age into consideration.”

Quest said his client is remorseful, and doesn’t grasp the gravity of his situation.

“Going from being on the beach to being locked in a cage until he dies, it’s hard for anyone to contemplate that, much less a 14-year-old,” Quest said.

WTF – Nose Bitten Off In Burger King Brawl!

Ok…seriously..WTF!

JAMES ISLAND — A 38-year-old carpenter was jailed this week after police accused him of biting off most of a man’s nose during a fight at the Burger King on Folly Road.

A 32-year-old man was at the restaurant’s drive-thru about 11 p.m. Tuesday when he noticed a white truck behind him with smoking tires, an incident report said. It said the truck then struck the man’s vehicle.

Both men got out and went to the ground in a fight, the report said. A witness told police that at one point he saw the truck driver rise up with his face covered in blood and that he spit out a piece of flesh. Charleston County sheriff’s deputies observed that the truck driver had blood on his face but no wound, the incident report said.

A piece of the man’s nose was taken with him to Medical University Hospital, where he was last listed in fair condition, the report said. He was no longer at the hospital Wednesday, the hospital said.

Gary Eastwood of Fleming Road is charged with assault and battery of a high and aggravated nature and remained at the Charleston County Detention Center on Wednesday night. His bond was set at $100,000.

Eastwood told deputies he intentionally bit the man’s nose off because he was in a “war,” according to the report. It said that as a deputy was taking Eastwood to the jail, Eastwood graphically described the taste of blood.
