Sistah should really change her Facebook privacy settings.
The very same teacher that was spouting anti-gay bullshit on Facebook was also sorry and outraged over a 14year old teenager committing suicide in New York.
I mean..WTF?! Does she not know that its because of the shit she says that teenagers commit suicide!
UPDATE! I have found more posts by Viki. Oh the irony.
Maggie? Maggie Gallagher? Are you there dear? I’ve just found your new spokeswhore.
First a little info on Viki, courtesy of her Facebook page:
UNION TOWNSHIP — School officials in Union Township are investigating allegations that a teacher at Union High School posted comments on her Facebook site criticizing a school display recognizing Lesbian Gay Bisexual and Transgender History Month and calling homosexuality “perverted.”
On Saturday, a local attorney who said he had initially been contacted by a parent, wrote to the district calling for the teacher’s dismissal.
The lawyer, John Paragano, a former township councilman, provided the district with what he said was a copy of the Facebook thread that included the offending remarks.
A copy was also provided to The Star-Ledger, in which the teacher, Viki Knox, allegedly referred to homosexuality as, “a perverted spirit that has existed from the beginning of creation,” and a “sin” that “breeds like cancer.”
“Hateful public comments from a teacher cannot be tolerated,” wrote Paragano, also a former Union Township Municipal Court judge. “She has a right to say it. But she does not have a right to keep her job after saying it.”
Union Chief School Administrator Patrick Martin said the district is investigating the incident.
Knox, 49, of Union Township, is also the faculty adviser to the high school’s student prayer group, The Seekers Fellowship, the local chapter of a nationwide organization.
Knox did not respond to requests for comment. But two other people who wrote comments on the thread said Paragano’s copy was authentic.
Township resident Judy Amorosa challenged Knox directly on Facebook, writing “What kind of a Christian are you? God made each and every one of us — gay, straight, black, white, Christian, Jew, blond, brunette — and we should all love each other.”
The case raises broader questions about rights of teachers to speak freely in the age of social media.
It has also prompted gay rights advocates to question the ability of teachers who express such views to enforce New Jersey’s new anti-bullying law, adopted last spring in the wake of the suicide of Tyler Clementi, a Rutgers student who killed himself after learning he had been watched, via webcam, having sex with another man.
The American Civil Liberties Union of New Jersey released a statement defending Knox’s First Amendment right to make the comments.
“Although we do not agree with the sentiments expressed on Ms. Knox’s personal Facebook page, her comments are protected by the First Amendment,” stated Ed Barocas, the group’s legal director. “The ACLU believes that the response to offensive speech is not the restriction of speech, but more speech.”
Barocas added, “The school has the right to investigate whether she is performing her job in accordance with school policies and the state’s Law Against Discrimination.”
But Garden State Equality, a gay rights group, joined the lawyer Paragano in calling for the teacher’s dismissal.
“Teachers are supposed to be role models for our children, not hatemongers,” said Steven Goldstein, who chairs the group. “I don’t see how this teacher could possibly be effective in implementing the state’s new anti-bullying law, designed precisely to teach children that bullying, including cyber-bullying, is unacceptable.”

So hot you could say she was on FIRE!
TARZANA — Police are searching for two people accused of dousing an exotic night club dancer with gasoline and then setting her on fire, leaving her clinging to life.
It happened around 1:30 a.m. Thursday outside the Babes N’ Beer nightclub at 18454 Oxnard St. in Tarzana, said Officer Sam Park of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations office.
Police say a man and woman called the victim out of the club and then attacked her.
She ran back inside the club, where people ripped down drapes and tried to put out the flames.
The assailants fled in a gold four-door sedan, police said. (ohhhh thats classy! a gold car!)
The dancer suffered burns over 60 percent of her body and is said to be in “grave condition,” according to Los Angeles Police Deputy Chief Michael Moore.
The victim, 27, is a mother of two small children, Moore said. Her identity was not released.
Moore said it’s believed the victim knew the assailants, however, a motive in the attack remained a mystery.
The suspects have been identified as 22-year-old Nathaniel Marquis Petrillo and 27-year-old Rianne Saline Theriault-Odom, whom police said may have been a former dancer at the nightclub.
Both were identified based on witness statements, Moore said.
The marketers behind the film Burning Passion won’t be accused of burying the lede on their official poster. Whether or not the painful-sounding plot summary will help or hurt audience levels remains to be seen. The film is actually being screened online on Valentine’s Day. For some reason, the posters have gone up exclusively in laundromats in cities including Seattle, Chicago, New York, Tokyo and Toronto. “The story is a metaphor for male sexual identity and has a brutally cynical view of love,” say the press materials. In other words, it’s not really a chick flick.
‘Burning Passion tells the story of Matt Miller, who at 14 discovers that he suffers from a bizarre sexual dysfunction. He ejaculates fire.
The film was shot on 35 mm film with a cast of dozens and features spectacular special effects (a house goes up in flames) in addition to some really nice acting. In its rough cut form, the film was invited to screen at more than 30 film festivals, where it won dozens of awards, including Gold Awards in Houston, Melbourne, and Newport Beach.
The impression I get from their website, is that they have been through so many issues with the making of the movie, from people stealing money, to Accountants ripping them off big time. I hope this movie is an underground hit!
Corporate India is in shock after a mob of recently fired workers bludgeoned to death the chief executive who had dismissed them from a factory in a suburb of Delhi.
Lalit Kishore Choudhary, 47, the head of the Indian operations of Graziano Transmissioni, an Italy-based manufacturer of car parts, died of severe head wounds Monday afternoon after being attacked by scores of laid-off employees, police said.
The incident, in Greater Noida, just outside the Indian capital, followed a long-running dispute between the factory’s management and workers who had demanded better pay and permanent contracts.
It is understood that Choudhary, who was married and had one son, had called a meeting with more than 100 former employees — who had been dismissed following an earlier outbreak of violence at the plant — to discuss a possible reinstatement deal.
“Only a few people were called inside,” a police spokesman said. About 150 people were waiting outside when they heard someone from inside shout for help. They rushed in and the two sides clashed. The company staff were heavily outnumbered.”
Other executives said they were lucky to escape with their lives.
“I just locked my room’s door from inside and prayed they would not break in. See, my hands are trembling even three hours later,” an Italian consultant, Forettii Gatii, told a local newspaper.
More than 60 people were arrested and more than 20 were in the hospital Monday.
Cleanliness is nexy to godlyness…that’s how the saying goes right?

Always wash your feet…just incase your partner is anything like the woman below.
BEIJING (Reuters) – A Chinese bride burnt her new husband to death after he got into bed after a drunken argument without washing his feet, state media reported on Wednesday.
“Wang and his wife, Luo, were married on February 2. The couple, however, frequently fought over trivial things while still on their honeymoon,” the official Xinhua news agency quoted a local newspaper as saying.
The couple, from the central province of Hubei, had another fight on the night of March 4, “and in frustration they together drank a bottle of liquor to ease their anger”.
“At about 10 p.m., Luo watched her husband get into bed without cleaning or washing his feet. In a fit of anger and intoxication, she set fire to the sheet he was sleeping in,” the report said.
“When he awoke, the two began fighting before a very drunk Wang collapsed. As fire engulfed the bedroom. Luo escaped to the living room, leaving her other half to burn,” it added.
The woman has been arrested, Xinhua said.
I BLAME the parents!
(KSL News) A boy is being treated for burns following an incident in an Orem park.
Orem police say dispatchers received a call around 5 p.m. Monday. A group of boys aged 8 to 11 were playing at a park next to Geneva Elementary School near 300 North and 700 West in Orem.
The group had wrapped one of the boys in toilet paper. Police say he was a willing participant. The boys then strung toilet paper around parts of the park and lit a piece of it on fire.
Police say the fire got out of hand, and the boys tried to put it out by stomping their feet. The boy wrapped in toilet paper caught fire and suffered burns on 20 to 25 percent of his body.
He has second- and third-degree burns on his upper body, arms, neck and face. He was taken to Orem Community Hospital by his father and then flown to University of Utah Hospital.

A Boston firefighter reportedly suffering from career-ending injury was caught on a home video participating in a bodybuilding contest, according to MyFOXBoston.com.
The firefighter, Albert Arroyo, placed eighth in the May 3 competition — two months after falling on the job and severely injuring his back, the TV station reported. Arroyo had presented the city with a doctor’s note saying he should be given accidental disability retirement because he is totally and permanently disabled.
“It is common sense when you look at Mr. Arroyo that he is in better shape than most of the guys in the Boston Fire Department,” Fire Commissioner Roderick Fraser told the station. “To say that he can’t physically be an inspector in my opinion is ludicrous.”
Arroyo’s lawyer said a physical therapist suggested bodybuilding as a way to strengthen his back and help his mental state.
The 46-year-old is no longer on disability, but until further action by the fire department, he continues to collect his full pay and still is out on sick leave, according to MyFOXBoston.com.
Wow!!! This guy is cheating the system, its publicly known and he’s still getting paid disability!!!
Good to know our tax paying dollars are being put to good work huh?
